Armsoft and Avers companies signed a contract of AS-Sales Management system implementation in May 2018.
The company also offers market advancement (introduction of new products to markets and their further promotion) services to small and midsize businesses.
AS-Sales Management 7 system enables to focus on company key customers, analyze all sales, estimate customers’ future demands and plan activities accordingly.
The system will enable Avers company to:
- Develop sales agents’ daily routes according to shops
- Register orders from shops and transfer them online to the office
- Organize and document sales, delivery and payments
- Use the system’s flexible capabilities to form discount schemes according to the types of products, shops and pricelists
- Supervise customers’ debts and their permissible limits
- Make mutual data exchange with the office
- Receive analytical reports according to shops, registration and fulfillment of orders, visits, sales and deliveries
- Supervise agents’ actual and planned visits on the map via GPS
