Armsoft and Arpa-Sevan companies signed a contract of AS-Enterprise system’s Human Resources subsystem’s implementation in June 2017.

   The construction enterprise Arpa-Sevanstroy has been established in 1969 and reorganized into Arpa-Sevan OJSC in 1998.

   During more than 45 years, the company has put into commission 133 different types of construction projects. The company operates throughout the supply chain, from initial concept to the final output with trust management. Among the projects of last years are worth mentioning the capital repairs of Arpa-Sevan Tunnel, reconstruction of water channels across Armenia, rehabilitation of water supply networks and irrigation pipeline relocation.

   Human Resources subsystem will enable Arpa-Sevan Company to:

• Manage employee data
• Manage personnel orders (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and change the financial orders
• Create and run company positions list
• Track and save employees work history
• Create employees vacation schedule
• Keep the confidentiality of human recourses data
• Receive human resources reports
