"AS-ClientBank" system gives an opportunity to bank clients to keep their accounts without visiting bank.
The client avoids from time wastage and visit expenses. He controls bank accounts from his own working place promptly and operative. The work can be organized in any
time of the day and on any day of the week independently of bank time-table.
Documents circulation between client and bank is secure, reliable and is protected from outside interferences. The sent and received data is encrypted and digitally signed
(according to legislation in force).
Abilities
With the help of the system client can:
send payment documents: payment orders, currency exchanges, applications for cash receipt
get payment orders about received transfers
view bank accounts current balance and account extractions by mentioned period
get currency exchange rate set by bank or CB of RA
organize mail exchange with attached files ( MS Word, Excel etc.)
Advantages
Connecting to the bank with the help of "AS-ClentBank" system, client gets informed about existing data concerning him and general data for the moment.
It makes available optimal control of the accounts. For example - make currency exchanges in case of currency rate changes or make transfers just after account receipts.
Client works in comfortable and comprehensible environment. The documents are grouped by types. Its available to view documents status, history, print them and make
other operations.
Systems working connection with the bank is not continuous. The connection is established exactly for the time necessary for sending prepared documents or receiving
report from bank.
Systems security and protection
For "AS-ClientBank" systems security protection are chosen world avowed encrypting and digital signing technologies, which are used by several famous systems working by
international standards (including SWIFT)
Documents are confirmed with two digital signatures which are checked in the bank and rejected if incorrect. Due to the digital signature bank can be sure that the
document was sent by the client and that it has not been changed after being signed.
The data the bank and the client do exchange is encrypted (SSL).
Additional check-ups are made while sending the documents to bank: bank identification, client identification, clients key falsifying checking, signature authenticity
checking, etc.
Characteristics
This is a network system: it can be exploited by several users simultaneously. Each user has password and permissions. For example the document can be created by
accountant, confirmed by director and sent by another employee.
The system gives the opportunity of working with one or several banks.
Different users can work in different languages - in Armenian or in English simultaneously.
The history of each document is kept ( when, by whom it was created, signed or sent).
Backups can be created for data archiving.
It's available to export documents to "AS-ClentBank" from most commonly used systems in Armenia - "AS-Accounting 4.0" and "AS-Accountant".

office.
In demo version you can test all the abilities of the system, but there is no connection with the bank.
Full version is provided by the banks working with "AS- Bank 4.0" system.

The system is highly integrated with "AS-Bank 4.0" automated banking system, that is why its exploitation without "AS-Bank 4.0" is impossible.
