Description |
Armenian Software LLC is looking for aspecialist in financial, banking, economic or technical sphere.
The specialist must have minimum 2 years of working experience in financial organizations.
Knowledge of banking and accountancy is preferred. |
Job responsibilities |
- Organizing daily customer support activities (phone calls, e-mails, visits).
- Collection, analysis and management of stakeholders’(customers’) business requirements offering the best solutions in compliance with their business needs.
- Provision of customer consulting(support) that ensures the effective performance of AS Systems.
- Active participation in the development process as a business analyst.
- Validation of new development solutions in correspondence with stakeholders’ (customers’) requirements.
- Finding solutions in the business automation process and providing the description of appropriate technical documents.
- Managing user manuals and formal letters.
- Participation in AS-Bank implementation projects.
- Organizing presentations for potential customers.

Required knowledge |
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Common skills in IT (hardware and software)
- Knowledge of English and Russian (B1 level)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability work in a team, analytical skills
- Knowledge of AS-Bank is an advantage
- Knowledge of any programming language is an advantage
